Urban Forestry Crew Supervisor

Job Title: Crew Supervisor

Reports to: Urban Forestry Manager

Supervises: Urban Forestry Team Crew Members

Status: Fulltime, Hourly, Nonexempt

Salary: $22.88, $24.00 Per Hour

Position Overview

The Crew Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, managing work crews, ensuring safety and efficiency, and coordinating logistics for NET’s Urban Forestry work and projects. After at least one year of experience, at the discretion of their Manager and Department Director, a Crew Supervisor may be eligible for a level 2 Supervisor wage increase and more responsibilities, such as overseeing larger-scale projects and ensuring quality control across operations. This role requires leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication skills to support project success.
